Our Practice

Sensational Kids started out in a much smaller space in Kingston, in 2010. As demand grew, a bigger premises was found in the beautiful riverside town of Surbiton. Set over 3 floors, the spaces were specifically desined, to ensure that each floor had suspended equipment. The ground floor room has direct access to a disabled bathroom, and allows wheelchair users the access to the swings, and the extra deep ball pool This room is the calm space, where we use the sensory projector and hundreds of stars glow when the lights are turned off.

A tree of hands has been made by all the children who have become a part of our Sensational family over the years. It has recently been updated.

The first floor is used for groups, such as Ready Steady School, as well as our other summer groups. It is light and bright and has a fantastic climbing wall. It also boasts 6 suspension points.

On the top floor there is an office area for our therapists, as well as older pupils who may be working on organisation and admin skills. The treatment room is very neutral and suited to older children.

“My son has seen Aniesa for several sessions now. She is very approachable and friendly with him and he really enjoys the sessions and most importantly finds them fun. As the mother of a child with dyslexia/dyspraxia, I appreciate Aniesa’s honesty, input and feedback with regard to his treatment and have seen improvements in his abilities in many areas.”
